1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
The item remains unused and in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition, unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are generally not eligible for return:
Used items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process

Include the following details:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once your request is approved, we may offer:
A replacement for the same product, or
A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (if applicable)
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
